Strawberry Fields was inspired by our first time at the 2023 California Strawberry Festival where -- truly -- EVERYTHING is strawberry! We wanted to blend the familiar (lovable!) sweetness of strawberries with summer-inspired herbs and spices to create a flavor with unexpected depth and complex yumminess. The "fields" is a lovely blend of tarragon, mint, ginger, and lemon zest folded into a crunchy buttery-sweet bed of cashews, almonds and strawberries. It's like a strawberry flavor burst on your tongue!
We were pleased to see customer reactions to this savory flavor at the all-things-strawberry festival and that it sold out at shows we brought it to for taste-tasting afterward. It's taken us a little while to bring it to you, dear onine customers, so we're very happy to do so now!
