our Spring 2017 flavor in development (aka f.i.d.)
This "crush" of spices are behind this insanely good flavor. The combination of fennel seeds, red chile pepper flakes, and sea salt folded together with toasted almonds render a bright savory flavor that's got just the right touch for Spring. At first you taste the combination of toasted almonds and fennel, then the finish comes on that's like a tasty "sting" of (medium hot) red chile pepper and sea salt. Wickedly savory and delicious!
